Fly Cast Cash Flow Calendar
Private app terms
Operator and permitted use
Fly Cast Digital provides the Fly Cast Cash Flow Calendar solely for its owner’s internal business accounting review. Contact todd@flycastdigital.com. It is not a service for clients or other businesses. Third-party access or onward distribution is not authorized.
QuickBooks connection and restrictions
Use requires an authorized Intuit account and permission to access the connected company. Intuit’s own terms and permissions apply separately. The app reads accounting data and must not initiate charges, refunds, invoices, edits, deletions, sends or other accounting changes. OAuth consent, credential exchange, refresh and revocation are separate connection actions. A real-company connection requires separate owner authorization after required verification. Publishing these documents does not connect a company or enable production synchronization.
Meaning of calendar amounts
Expected amounts are forecasts from eligible recurring Sales Receipt schedules. Recorded in QBO amounts are Sales Receipts dated in QuickBooks. These are accounting records rather than independent proof of successful card or bank processing. Expected and recorded totals can differ. Bank ledger balances do not establish available funds. Refresh occurs approximately every five minutes while the calendar page is open and owner synchronization is enabled; it is not guaranteed real-time or background monitoring. Unsupported recurrence rules, missing or changed records, provider limits and connectivity can affect results.
Estimates and decisions
The reserve estimate is 22% of positive net income for the displayed period, before the reserve. It is not a filed tax calculation or transfer of funds. The app does not fetch tax-specific data, add sales tax or pay taxes. The owner is responsible for verifying accounting records, successful payments, cash availability, tax obligations and decisions. The calendar is a planning aid, not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice.
Security responsibilities
The owner must protect the Mac, Intuit account, private-network access, client certificates, encryption keys and backups. Payment-instrument fields are immediately filtered before downstream use, but full provider objects may briefly enter server memory. The privacy policy explains data handling and limitations. The app does not promise absolute protection against compromise or error.
Stopping access
The owner may disable synchronization or use disconnect/revocation. Disabling synchronization retains encrypted credentials; a failed provider revocation may also retain them for retry. Backups are controlled separately. Removing authorization directly at Intuit is another way to stop provider access. No account-access change is performed by visiting these public documents.
Availability and changes
The internal app may be interrupted or inaccurate because of software defects, provider changes, incomplete data or network failures. No uptime or service-level commitment is provided. Any expansion beyond sole-owner internal use requires updated terms and privacy practices and a further security review. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
